Policy Information on Bank MAS Provisions for Combining Many Transactions into 1 (one) Transaction

Dear Valued Customers,

To maintain banking performance while still observing the principle of prudence and improving customer service quality, Bank MAS will implement the Combined Unprinted Transaction (GTU) provisions, which will be implemented effectively on July 1, 2024.

Combined Unprinted Transactions (GTU) are transactions that have not been printed on the savings book in a certain amount or period can be combined into 1 (one) debit transaction and 1 (one) credit transaction (according to the type of transaction concerned) and the transaction has not yet been merged. The system prints it automatically. Bank MAS still provides information regarding transaction details in Combined Unprinted Transactions (GTU).

Customers who intend to obtain this information can download the e-Statement, which contains detailed GTU transaction information via the Mobile Banking and Internet Banking applications. Upon customer request, the Bank can print bank statements containing detailed GTU transaction information at the nearest Bank MAS branch office. In this regard, customers will be charged a fee according to Bank MAS's internal policy.
