In connection with the announcement by Bank Indonesia and the Joint Decree of the Three Ministers of the Republic of Indonesia regarding National Holidays and Collective Leave in 2024, it is hereby notified:
1. April 8-15 Bank MAS offices are closed to the public.
2. BI-RTGS, BI-SSSS, BI-ETP, and SKNBI services will close on April 8-15, 2024, and return to normal operations on April 16, 2024.
3. BI-FAST services usually operate (24 hours, seven days) during the Eid al-Fitr holiday.
4. For customer comfort and convenience in transactions, customers can take advantage of 24-hour services via Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, Bank MAS ATMs, and the ALTO, Prima, and ATM Bersama ATM networks.
5. The following contact center services will be available during the Eid al-Fitr holiday.
a. Call Center 1500011 and Email Care@bankmas.co.id: Still able to serve customer complaints (24 hours).
b. Social Media (FB, IG, Twitter) and merchant complaint email merchant.care@bankmas.co.id will again serve questions and complaints from customers starting April 16, 2024.
6. On April 16, 2024, all branch offices will reopen, and we are ready to serve customers.
