- For convenience and ease of transaction, customers can take advantage of 24-hour services through Bank MAS ATMs, Mobile Banking, Bank MAS Internet Banking, Bank MAS ATMs, ALTO, Prima, and Bersama.
- Customers can contact the call center at 1500011 and email Care@bankmas.co.id if they have questions or transaction problems.
- On July 3, 2023, all branch offices reopened, and we are ready to serve customers.
