Jakarta – PT Bank Multiarta Sentosa Tbk (“Company”) has held an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (“EGMS”) on Monday, September 9, 2024. The EGMS has approved the entire meeting agenda as follows:

1. Changes to the Company's Management
a. Approved the appointment of Mr. Edwin Ariono as Director of the Company effective as of the date of issuance of the approval for the fit and proper assessment from the Financial Services Authority.
b. Determine the composition of the Company's Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors as follows:

*) The term of office of Mr. Edwin Ariono as Director of the Company is effective as of the date of issuance of approval for the assessment of capability and propriety (fit and proper) from the Financial Services Authority.
Mr. Edwin Ariono's term of office will end together with the term of office of other members of the Board of Directors. The appointment shall be void if the person concerned does not receive approval for the assessment of ability and propriety (fit and proper) from the Financial Services Authority, and for that reason, no decision from the Company's General Meeting of Shareholders is required.
c. Granting authority and power to the Company's Board of Directors, with the right of substitution, to state/state the decision regarding the composition of the members of the Company's Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors in a deed made before a Notary, and to further notify the authorized party, and to take all and every action required in connection with the decision by applicable laws and regulations.
2. Confirmation of the Company's Shareholder Composition
Based on a letter from PT Adimitra Jasa Korpora, as the Company's Securities Administration Bureau, dated July 4, 2024, Number OPR-1322/AJK/072024, the composition of the Company's shareholders is as follows:

In connection with the matters explained above, it is further proposed to the Meeting to decide:
a. Confirming, determining, and rearranging the composition of the Company's shareholders by the Company's share ownership data from the Company's Shareholders Register as of July 3, 2024, or another date determined by the Company; b. Granting power and authority to the Company's Board of Directors, with the right to transfer this power to another person, to take all and any actions necessary in connection with the decision, including but not limited to stating/setting down the decision in a deed made before a Notary, to rearrange the composition of the Company's shareholders, by the share ownership data from the Company's Shareholders Register as of July 3, 2024 (July 3, two thousand and twenty-four) or another date determined by the Company's Board of Directors, then notifying the authorized party, and taking all and any actions necessary in connection with the decision by applicable laws and regulations.
2024 Performance
As of August 2024, Bank MAS assets grew by 3.66%, or IDR 28.39 trillion, in line with the growth of third-party funds of 3.61%, to IDR 23.99 trillion. The largest growth occurred in Savings accounts, which grew by 18.14%, or IDR 276.71 billion, in line with the development of digital banking to open accounts online.
In terms of credit distribution, until the end of August 2024, it had grown by 7.40% to IDR 10.41 trillion. Credit distribution is also carried out by utilizing digital channels, especially for micro credit. Online credit can accelerate the credit application process until disbursement, as long as it meets the applicable terms and conditions. Until the end of August 2024, the MSME ratio increased to 24.87%.
After opening a branch in Bali in January 2024, Bank MAS will open four new branch offices in the remaining months of 2024. The office in Karawang is planned to open in October 2024, followed by those in Cirebon, Kediri, and Samarinda, which are expected to be completed in December 2024.
