Bank MAS officially opened a Samarinda branch office at Jalan Mulawarman No.107A on December 18, 2024. This step was taken to strengthen Bank MAS' branch network as part of hybrid business development, namely business expansion through branch office networks and digital banking.

Bank MAS' journey began in 1993 and was present to serve the community's banking needs. 2013 Bank MAS officially joined the Wings Group, which became an important milestone in its business development. Since then, Bank MAS has succeeded in increasing its capital to become a BUKU 2 Bank and obtained a license as a Foreign Exchange Bank in 2016. In the second quarter of 2024, Bank MAS achieved its strategic achievement of supporting transactions in the capital market by being appointed as an RDN Bank and Payment Bank to serve stock buying and selling transactions.

Bank MAS currently has a network of branches in various cities such as Jakarta, Tangerang, Depok, Bekasi, Cibubur, Bandung, Semarang, Kudus, Solo, Yogyakarta, Surabaya, Malang, Lampung, Palembang, Pekanbaru, Medan, Makassar, Banjarmasin, Pontianak, Kupang, Denpasar, Karawang and Kediri. With the opening of the Samarinda branch, Bank MAS now has 43 network offices ready to support regional economic growth and provide easy access for customers to meet their financial needs.

Opening a branch office in Samarinda is part of Bank MAS' strategy to expand its service reach and support customer needs in the East Kalimantan region, which has promising economic growth potential. With the presence of this branch office, Bank MAS is committed to providing banking services that support the growth of the business world, including MSMEs, in Samarinda and its surroundings.

In line with its hybrid business development, Bank MAS continues to strengthen technology-based products such as Internet banking and mobile banking. Through digital channels, Bank MAS makes it easy for customers to open accounts and apply for credit online. This year, Bank MAS launched the digital banking application BEBAS, which allows customers to transact with QRIS and make interbank transfers online or via BI-FAST without fees. Customers can also withdraw money without fees using Bank MAS ATM cards at ATMs throughout Indonesia.

In November 2024, Bank MAS recorded assets of IDR 28.95 trillion or grew 5.71% from December 2023 and achieved a net profit of IDR 193.91 billion. Bank MAS increased credit growth by 14.57% to IDR 11.11 trillion and collected public funds of IDR 24.52 trillion or grew 5.86% compared to the position in December 2023.
