Ho Danny Hartono, holds an MBA and a BSc from Indiana University in Pennsylvania. Danny joined Bank MAS as President Director in January 2014. His banking career began in 1987 at Westpac Banking Corp in Sydney, as a Business Analyst. Then joined Hagabank in 1989 as Senior Assistant Manager Business Development. After serving in various positions, then becoming Director in 1997 and as President Director in 2000. After Hagabank, Bank Hagakita joined PT Bank Rabobank International Indonesia, Danny was appointed as Vice President Director since July 24, 2008. Starting in 2000 until now, Danny has been active in Perbanas (National Banks Association) activities in Jakarta and currently holds the position of Deputy Secretary General. In addition, he is also active in IBI (Indonesian Bankers Association) as Deputy Treasurer and as an Assessor for Risk Management and General Banking at LSPP (Banking Professional Certification Institute).

Born in Banyuwangi in 1973. Graduated from the University of Surabaya (Ubaya) in 1996. Her career in banking began as Customer Service in 1996 at PT. Bank International Indonesia (BII). In 1997 - January 2014 she joined PT Bank Ekonomi Raharja, Tbk member of HSBC Group with her last position as Business Manager. March 2014 joined as Marketing Director of PT Bank Multiarta Sentosa until now.

Born in Jakarta in 1960. Graduated with Master of Business Administration from Golden Gate University, San Francisco, USA in 1984. His career began in 1985 at Wothern Bank & Trust, Arkansas, USA. In 1986 he joined PT Bank Central Asia, New York, USA. In 1987 he served as Director of PT Sari Busanaprana Internasional. In 1993 as President Director of PT Bank Multiarta Sentosa and in 2003 he served as Director of Bank Multiarta Sentosa until now.  

Born in Jakarta in 1975, graduated from Bina Nusantara University majoring in Accounting in 1998. Started his career in banking at Bank Ekonomi Raharja from 1995 to 2017 with his last position as AVP Financial Crime Compliance, and then joined Bank HSBC Indonesia in 2017 to 2022 with the last position being VP Financial Crime Compliance. After that he continued his career at Bank MNC International, Tbk with his last position as Compliance Group Head, and then joined Bank Sinarmas, Tbk also as Compliance Group Head until January 2024. Joined Bank MAS in January 2024 and in May 2024 became Compliance Director.

Rahmat Bagas Santoso joined Bank MAS as Director of the Company in May 2022. Previously, Rahmat was the Technical Director at the LinkAja company, leading the Technology, Product, and Customer Experience Excellence Department for payment and financing services. Rahmat has a career in financial technology for more than 15 years at home and abroad, including working for multinational company Atos Worldline in Germany. Rahmat holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Indonesia and a Master's degree in informatics from the University of Kaiserslautern.
