Coporate Secretary

Teddy Heryanto was born in Jakarta in 1971, graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Trisakti University in 1996. From 1996-2008 he had a career in the banking world at Hagabank with his last position as Product & Promotion Senior Officer. Then joined Rabobank in 2008-2014 as Corporate Communication Senior Officer. Joined Bank MAS in 2014, and currently serves as Head of Corporate Secretary & Planning.

Implementation of Tasks

Publishing annual reports, sustainability reports and financial reports to comply with capital market regulations;

Communication with regulators;

Delivery of open information to the public;

Organizing Annual and Extraordinary General Meetings of Shareholders.
