Bank MAS IPO

Bank MAS conducted an initial public offering (IPO) of 186,176,500 common shares on June 30, 2021 and was listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange under the stock trading code MASB. The nominal value of the shares offered was IDR 3,360 per share. From the initial offering, Bank MAS obtained fresh funds of IDR 626 billion.

Series I Warrant

Each share purchase of Bank MAS received a 1:1 Warrant that can be exchanged for shares in 2022 at Rp 3,500 per share. During 2022 there were 160,834,263 warrants exchanged at a price of Rp 3,500 with a total of Rp 562.92 Billion collected as additional capital.
